Password is correct. You may need to re-download part 23 again.

You need to download all files, put them into a folder, then unzip them with a software, like Winrar, type in the password when you are asked. There shouldn't be a problem.

Everything that you said I've tried. I used different browser to make the downloads, have repeated the download of size 22 and 24 in addition to 23 to make sure there were no problems with crc file before or after the size 23.
